This cosmetic product dispensing head (30) comprises: The finger (62) bears a peripheral scraping member (70) protruding radially from a peripheral face (72) of the finger (62), the scraping member (70) having at least one perimeter line (74) suitable for being in contact with the duct (34) when the stopper (60) is in the closing off position.
