Abstract
The object of the present invention is to provide a polycarbonate resin which is excellent in various properties, such as heat resistance, optical properties, melt processability, etc., and an optical film composed of the same and the present invention relates to a polycarbonate resin containing at least a structural unit represented by the following formula (1) and a structural unit represented by the following formula (2): wherein in the formula (1), R1 to R6 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an aryl group, an alkoxy group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, or a halogen atom.
