Abstract
The invention relates to a method for preparing a dilution range of at least one standard molecule for a tissue, whereby a tissue homogenate is used, to which the standard molecule is added, the resulting mixture being conditioned and sliced before the analysis of a slice of said tissue. The invention also relates to a method for detecting and quantifying at least one target molecule in at least one tissue using a standard range according to the invention.
