Abstract

A method and system for authenticating an access to a service on a device. After a stencil has been positioned on a touch-sensitive screen of the device:an entry of a code to the touch-sensitive screen is received through at least one opening in the stencil at one or more predefined locations in the stencil, wherein the one or more predefined locations define at least part of an access code; and it is determined that the entered code equals the at least part of the access code, and in response, the access to the service on the device is granted.
