Abstract

A seating device, in particular a flight passenger seating device, includes at least one seat bottom unit and with a backrest unit that is connected to the seat bottom unit, wherein at least the backrest unit is positionable in a comfort position and in a further sitting position.The comfort position is implemented as a base position that is optimized for a passenger comfort.
