Abstract
An electronic device is provided, and may comprise a housing, a touch screen module, and a processor. The housing may include a first surface facing a first direction, a second surface facing a second direction opposite the first direction, and a side member including a side surface surrounding at least a part of a space between the first surface and the second surface. The touch screen module may be exposed through at least a part of the first surface. The processor may be located in the housing and electrically coupled to the touch screen module.In the electronic device, at least a part of the first surface may be a display area, and at least a part of the display area may be a fingerprint sensing area.In the electronic device, the touch screen module may include a window configured to form the display area, a display panel located under the display area in the space and configured to output an image through the display area, a touch sensor disposed under the display area in the space and configured to output a signal in response to contact of an conductive object on the display area, and a fingerprint sensor disposed under the fingerprint sensing area in the space and configured…
