A composition for providing a film on keratin fibers, the composition comprising: an aminosilicone polymer; a silicone resin; an ether of a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol; a thickening system comprising a deposition enhancer and a thickening polymer; one or more colored materials or one or more pigments; water; and a volatile alcohol.
