Abstract
A touch panel, including a base substrate and a touch structure disposed on the base substrate, the touch structure disposed in a central area of the base substrate and in a portion of a peripheral area adjacent to the central area; the touch panel further including a light blocking layer disposed in the peripheral area and a first over coating layer at least covering the light blocking layer; wherein the first over coating layer is disposed between the light blocking layer and the touch structure. A display device is further disclosed.
