Abstract
A wireless device receives a first downlink control information (DCI) configured to be triggered in response to a second DCI. The first DCI indicates: a hybrid retransmission request (HARQ) identifier; and a new data identifier (NDI). One or more first transport blocks (TBs) are created in response to the first DCI. in response to not detecting the second DCI during a validation duration: the first DCI is invalidated, and transmission of the one or more first TBs is dropped. A third DCI indicating a same value of the HARQ identifier is received. Uplink signals are transmitted in response to the third DCI. The wireless device employs the NDI to determine an adaptive-retransmission of the one or more first TBs or a new transmission of one or more second TBs.
