The subject-matter of the present invention is an anhydrous cosmetic composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium: The article is partially or completely soluble in water and it constitutes a foaming product used for cleansing the skin and hair and/or removing makeup from the skin and/or as scrubbing product.
