Abstract
An electronic device is disclosed, which includes a substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, wherein the substrate has a thickness t and a width WS; a first hole penetrating through the substrate, wherein the first hole has a first area A1′ on the first surface and a second area A1 on the second surface; and a second hole penetrating through the substrate, wherein the second hole has a third area A2′ on the first surface and a fourth area A2 on the second surface, and a distance d is between the first hole and the second hole, wherein values oft, WS, A1′, A1, A2′, A2, and d are conformed to the following equation (I): wherein N is greater than 0 and less than 1E6.
