Abstract
A power adapter, a mobile terminal, a power interface (100) and a method thereof are provided. The method may includes: S10: providing a pin workblank (200), wherein the pin workblank includes a first surface (201) and a second surface (202); S20: performing a fine blanking process for the first surface (201) in a predetermined blanking direction, while burrs forming on the second surface (202); S30: adjusting a position of the pin workblank (200), performing another fine blanking process for the second surface (202) in the predetermined blanking direction, thereby forming a power pin (120) of the power interface (100).
