A compound is provided which has dual emission properties and which is useful in light devices, and which has formula (I): represents a condensed bicyclic aromatic radical comprising from 6 to 22 carbon atoms, and from 1 to 3 heteroatom(s) selected from the group consisting of: N, S and O; radical.
