Abstract
The invention relates to a device (1) for sealing an air intake of a motor vehicle, comprising: —at least one sealing means (3) intended to be arranged in an air intake of the motor vehicle, and —a support (5) for the sealing means (3) in order to retain the sealing means (3) and intended to be attached on a load-bearing structure of the motor vehicle. According to the invention, the support (5) comprises damping guidance means (15) for the sealing means (3) in order to allow, in the event of an impact on the sealing means (3), the movement of the sealing means (3) from an initial retaining position to a position retracted with respect to the initial position. The invention also relates to a front-end module for a motor vehicle comprising such a sealing device.
