Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a technology for a sensor network, machine to machine (M2M), machine type communication (MTC) and internet of things (IoT). The present disclosure can be utilized for intelligent services (smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, health care, digital education, retail trading, security and safety-related services, etc.) based on the technology. A control method of a control device for managing a user's sleep environment according to the present invention may comprise the steps of: obtaining sleep-related information of the user on the basis of user sensing data sensed by a sensor; and controlling, on the basis of the sleep-related information, a first wavelength band output of at least one electronic device comprising a light source. The present invention may also include other embodiments, not limited to the above embodiment.
