Abstract
A touch display panel, a fingerprint recognition device and a display device are provided. The touch display panel includes: a waveguide plate (001) and a first substrate (003), a liquid crystal layer (004) and an electrode structure (005) between the waveguide plate (001) and the first substrate (003); a reflective layer (006) at a first side of the first substrate (003) facing toward the liquid crystal layer (004), and photosensitive units (007) at the first side, or at a second side of the waveguide plate (001) facing toward the liquid crystal layer (004), the electrode structure (005) controls a refractive index of the liquid crystal layer (004), to allow light to be emitted out from a first surface (001A) of the waveguide plate (001) closer to the liquid crystal layer (004), or allow light to be totally reflected inside the waveguide plate (001), thereby achieving an optical-type touch recognition.
