Abstract

A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising: first configuration parameters of a plurality of cells comprising a primary cell and a secondary cell; and bandwidth part configuration parameters comprising a value for a bandwidth part inactivity timer. A downlink control information is received on an active bandwidth part of the primary cell. The downlink control information indicates a resource assignment. In response to the receiving the downlink control information, a determination is made that no random access procedure is ongoing on the secondary cell. The bandwidth part inactivity timer of the active bandwidth part of the primary cell is started in response to the determining. In response to an expiry of the bandwidth part inactivity timer, a switch is made from the active bandwidth part to a default bandwidth part.
