Abstract
The present invention relates to FAD-GDH consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 or 3, an amino acid sequence having an identity of 70% or more with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 or 3, or an amino acid sequence having a deletion, substitution or addition of one or several amino acids in the amino acid sequence (the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 or the amino acid sequence having an identity of 70% or more with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1); having an amino acid substitution at the position(s) corresponding to the following amino acid(s): the amino acid at the 175th position in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, the amino acid at the 214th position in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, the amino acid at the 192nd position in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, the amino acid at the 212th position in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, the amino acid at the 218th position in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, and/or the amino acid at the 226th position in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; and having an improved thermal stability compared to that before the substitution, provided that an FAD-GDH consisting of t…
