Abstract
A determination unit (6) determines whether a user having entered an authentication area (102) provided on a floor surface is an action-required person. A management unit (12) associates a determination result with respect to an action-required person produced by the determination unit (6) with location information of the user, and records resultant data in a person information database (13). A display control unit (14) controls a display unit (15) to display an image showing a location of an action-required person using the person information database (13).
