Abstract
A device for inserting a blunt-tip cannula under the skin of a patient with a view to injecting a biocompatible product, including a central body equipped with a groove that extends along a sagittal plane while having a sharp distal tip projecting from a distal end of the body in order to pierce the skin, the groove being arranged to allow the cannula to slide along same beyond the distal tip towards at least one area to be treated located under the skin, the central body being provided with two lateral gripping arms that extend symmetrically on either side of the sagittal plane in a transverse direction that forms, with the sagittal plane, an angle (α) of between 30° and 85°, each gripping arm further having a finger grip surface that has a front central portion located at a distance between 8 mm and 30 mm from the distal end of the central body.
