Abstract

The present disclosure provides methods and compositions for making and using pluripotent stem cell-derived oligodendrocyte progenitor cells. Provided herein are a population of oligodendrocyte progenitor cells (OPCs) derived from pluripotent stem cells, methods of generating the same for use in the treatment of acute spinal cord injury and other conditions affecting the CNS, and containers including the population of OPCs.
