Abstract

There are provided a rainwater runoff contaminant filtration apparatus and a monitoring system therefor. According to an aspect of the present invention, a rainwater runoff contaminant filtration apparatus includes: a body in which rainwater runoff is introduced into an opening whose top end is opened and the rainwater runoff is discharged to an outlet formed on one side surface of a lower portion thereof; a filtering unit located inside the body and filtering the rainwater runoff introduced into the opening; a collecting unit connected to the filtering unit, collecting the rainwater runoff, and providing the collected rainwater runoff to an inner portion of the filtering unit; a connection sensing unit including a spring cylinder to connect the filtering unit and the collecting unit to each other and sensing a weight of the filtering unit on the basis of reciprocation of the spring cylinder; and a communication unit transmitting the weight of the filtering unit sensed by the connection sensing unit to the outside, wherein the connection sensing unit includes a contactless sensor located at an outer portion of the spring cylinder and a magnet located at an inner portion of the spri…
