The disclosure provides a hybrid tomato variety NUN 09272 TOF as well as seeds and plants and fruits thereof. NUN 09272 TOF is a cocktail tomato variety for the fresh market comprising resistance to Tomato Mosaic Virus (ToMV) Strain 0, Strain 1, Strain 2, and Strain 1-2, Verticillium sp., Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici Race 0 and Race 1, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis lycopersici, Fulvia fulva Groups A-E, and Oidium lypersicum.
