Abstract
Aspects described herein relate to communicating timing advance (TA) values in an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) network. A first node in a wireless network can receive a media access control (MAC) control element (CE) indicating a downlink transmission timing advance for transmitting downlink communications. The first node can transmit downlink communications based on the MAC CE.
