Abstract
The present disclosure discloses a light-emitting device, a display apparatus and a manufacturing method. The light-emitting device includes: an electron transfer layer located between a light-emitting layer and a cathode, where a material of the electron transfer layer includes an inner core and a shell layer wrapping the inner core; when the number of electrons reaching the light-emitting layer in unit time is greater than the number of holes reaching the light-emitting layer in unit time, and a difference value between the number of the electrons reaching the light-emitting layer in unit time and the number of the holes reaching the light-emitting layer in unit time exceeds a preset threshold range, a particle size of the inner core is reduced and/or a thickness of the shell layer is increased; and when the number of the electrons reaching the light-emitting layer in unit time is smaller than the number of the holes reaching the light-emitting layer in unit time, and the difference value between the number of the electrons reaching the light-emitting layer in unit time and the number of the holes reaching the light-emitting layer in unit time exceeds the preset threshold range, …
