Abstract
A silicon-and germanium-based molecular sieve has a framework chemical composition as represented by the formula “SiO2.1/nGeO2”. The silicon/germanium molar ratio is 0.1n30. The molecular sieve has a unique X-ray diffraction pattern. It can be used in adsorptive separation, ion exchange, and catalytic conversion of organic compounds.
