Abstract

The device according to the invention for preparing a bone transplant (100) outside the human or animal body comprises a base element (101) and at least one holding element (102). The at least one holding element (102) is inserted in the base element (101) of the device for preparing a bone transplant (100). In the method according to the invention for configuration of the device according to the invention, the at least one holding element (102) is inserted into the base element of the device for preparing a bone transplant (100). In the method according to the invention for preparing a bone transplant outside the human or animal body with the device according to the invention (100), a bone fragment to be prepared is placed into the holding element (102) inserted in the base element (100), the bone fragment to be prepared is fixed with the inserted holding element, and the bone fragment to be prepared is processed.
