Abstract
An ultrasound imaging system (10) comprising probe (20), a processing unit (30) for processing an image, a display (50) for visualizing the image, and a control panel (40) for configuring and controlling the processing unit. The control panel comprises input control elements (41) and a touch pad (42). The touch pad is a multi-touch device providing multi-touch information of at least two or more touch of user on the touch pad for determining a gesture and an associated system function.
