Abstract

The present invention relates to treatment of chronic kidney disease by administering to patients in need thereof a compound of formula (1): and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein Cy, R1 and R2 are as defined herein. The invention further relates to the use of the compounds of formula (1) in combination with sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitors.
