Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a mat for detecting the occupancy of a motor vehicle seat, comprising a flexible support, an interdigitated capacitive sensor borne by the flexible support, a first conductive track borne by the flexible support, the first conductive track having a first end connected to the interdigitated capacitive sensor and a second end intended to be connected to a computing unit, a second conductive track borne by the support, the second conductive track having a first free end and a second end intended to be connected to the computing unit. The present disclosure also relates to a system for determining a capacitance, a method for determining a capacitance or a state of occupancy of a seat and a method for detecting a rotation of a part of the trunk of an occupant seated on a seat.
