Abstract
An indication method for an IMS emergency service state and device are provided. The method includes: a terminal operating in an SNPN mode receiving system information sent by a base station connected to an SNPN and a PLMN, wherein the system information includes first indication information indicating whether or not the SNPN supports an IMS emergency service, and second indication information indicating whether or not the PLMN supports an IMS emergency service; and the terminal operating in an SNPN mode determining, according to the first indication information, whether or not to allow initiation of an IMS emergency service on the SNPN.
