Abstract
Methods for obtaining plant cells, plants, and plant parts, including soybean plant cells, plants, and plant parts, comprising synthetic polynucleotides that provide for increased expression of encoded RNA-guided endonucleases (RGEs), RNA guided nickase (RGNs), and RNA guided DNA binding proteins are disclosed.
