Abstract

In an embodiment, a method includes receiving input data related to an unexpected process scenario encountered by a bot executing a robotic process in a computing environment. The method also includes processing the input data to yield resultant data. The resultant data includes information related to user-interface text associated with the unexpected process scenario. The method also includes generating a prediction dataset identifying at least one handling option for the unexpected process scenario, where the generating is based, at least in part, on the resultant data. The method also includes providing data related to the prediction dataset to the bot as an instruction for handling the unexpected process scenario.
