Abstract
A supramolecular hydrogel capable of delivering lipophilic medicaments, a preparation method therefor, and uses thereof are provided. The structure of the supramolecular hydrogel is represented by Formula I, in which R1 and R2 are each independently selected from palmitoyl or oleoyl, respectively. The hydrogel can be used as a drug delivery system, and encapsulate and load various medicaments. In particular, it has good controlled-release for hydrophobic medicaments.
