Abstract
The disclosure relates to a method of driving a display and the display, wherein the driving method includes: determining a grayscale extreme value corresponding to a polarity of display data of a target frame image according to the polarity; adjusting a voltage value of a first power supply voltage of the display according to the grayscale extreme value to obtain a voltage value of a second power supply voltage; and driving the display for displaying according to the voltage value of the second power supply voltage and the display data of the target frame image.
