Abstract

A user equipment (UE) is described. The UE receives an RRC message comprising first information used for indicating a reduced UE processing capability from a set of multiple reduced UE processing capabilities. The UE receives an RRC message comprising second information used for indicating a numerology for a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmission. The UE receives an RRC message comprising third information used for indicating a scaling factor for reduced UE PUSCH preparation time. The UE receives an RRC message comprising fourth information used for indicating an offset for reduced UE PUSCH preparation time. The UE transmits, to the base station apparatus, a transport block if the first uplink symbol in the PUSCH allocation for a transport block including a Demodulation Reference Signal (DM-RS) is no earlier than at symbol X.
