Abstract

Disubstituted piperazines of the formula: ##SPC1## Wherein: PA0 n is 1 or 2; PA0 X is oxygen or sulfur; PA0 R is hydrogen or lower alkyl; PA0 Het is pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, pyridazinyl, pyrazinyl, quinolyl, quinazolyl, thiazolyl or benzothiazolyl, each optionally substituted by one or more lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, phenyl, amino, mono or di-lower-alkylamino, or hydroxy, and, ##SPC2## Is always bonded to the benzene ring. These compounds are used as medicines especially in the treatment of peripheral vascular disorders, Parkinson's disease, hypertension and as antipregnancy drugs.
