Abstract

1-[3-(5,6,7,8-TETRAHYDRONAPHTH-1-YLOXY)-PROPYL]-PIPERAZINE DERIVATIVES OF THE FORMULA ##SPC1## Wherein PA1 A is hydrogen or hydroxyl; PA1 X is hydrogen or halogen or alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, trifluoromethyl, hydroxyl, nitro, amino, acylamino (i.e., alkanoylamino) or alkylsulfonylamino; and PA1 n is 0, 1 or 2; And the pharmacologically compatible salts thereof; exhibit outstanding blood pressure depressing activity, i.e., possess antihypertensive properties.
