Abstract
O-aryl-alkoxyethyl-thiolphosphoric acid ester amides of the formula ##EQU1## in which R.sup.1 is hydrogen or lower alkyl, PA1 R.sup.2 is lower alkyl, and PA1 X is a group of the formula ##SPC1## In which PA1 m is 0, 1, 2 or 3, and PA1 Each Y independently is halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkylmercapto, lower alkoxycarbonyl, nitro or phenyl, which possess insecticidal, acaricidal and nematocidal properties.
