Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for reducing blood pressue in a hypertensive mammal by the administration of a novel hydroxypyrimidine of the formula: ##SPC1## Wherein R.sub.1 is -CH.sub.3 or -NH.sub.2 ; and R.sub.2 is ##SPC2##
