Abstract
Epoxy resin-based coating systems of high solids content and possessing an entended working period are provided using a fluid mixture of cyclohexene oxide moiety-containing polyepoxide, in admixture with a carboxyl functional material, especially a resin, and a stannous salt such as stannous chloride as catalyst. These systems cure well on baking, even at low baking temperatures.
