Abstract

O-Alkyl-O-[1-cyanoalkyl-5-substituted-mercapto-triazol(3)yl]-(thiono)-phosp horic (phosphonic) acid esters or ester-amides of the formula ##EQU1## in which R is alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R' is alkyl, alkoxy or alkylamino each with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, amino or phenyl, R" is alkenyl with 2 to 6 carbon atoms, or alkyl, cyanoalkyl or alkylthioalkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms in each alkyl moiety, R'" is cyanoalkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms in the alkyl moiety, and X is oxygen or sulfur, Which possess insecticidal, acaricidal and nematocidal properties.
