Abstract
A process for dyeing and printing organic material which can be dyed with cationic dyes by the transfer printing process, which comprises the use of a auxiliary carrier which contains at least one disperse and/or cationic dye that is converted into the vapor state at atmospheric pressure and at a temperature between 150.degree. C and 220.degree. C, and at least one organic compound as transfer promoter with a vapor pressure higher than 10.sup..sup.-5 Torr at 200.degree. C.
