Abstract

Adhesive - sealant compositions useful for bonding metal and/or glass surfaces are disclosed. These adhesive - sealant compositions are comprised of an aluminous cement and the reaction product of a tetracarboxylic dianhydride or a tricarboxylic monoanhydride and a dihydrazine, dihydrazide or aromatic diamine. The adhesive sealant is capable of withstanding surface temperatures of up to 1,000.degree. F. without loss of adhesive or sealing properties.
