Abstract

This invention comprises perfluoroaliphatic substituted amino compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein n is an integer from 6 to 20, m is 2 or 4, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each is hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R.sup.3 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl containing 1 to 29 carbon atoms, an alkenyl containing 3 to 10 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl radical containing 3 to 12 carbon atoms, a cycloalkenyl with 5 to 12 carbon atoms, an N or O ring substituted cycloalkenyl radical containing 5 to 12 carbon atoms, an aryl, the radical --(CHR).sub.1 --OH wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R.sup.4 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and the method for preparing the same. This invention also comprises perfluoroaliphatic substituted amino compounds of the formula ##STR2## and mixtures of products of formula II with compounds of the formula ##STR3## and the method for preparing the same. The compounds are strong oleophobic and hydrophobic agents.
