Abstract

Pharmaceutical compositions containing as an active ingredient a compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein R is hydrogen, methyl or acetyl, PA1 R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, which may be identical to or different from each other, are each alkyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, PA1 R.sub.3 is hydrogen or methyl, and PA1 Y is oxygen or sulfur, Or a non-toxic, pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof; and a method of using the same as analgesics, antitussives and opiate-antagonists.
