Benzo-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl N-methyl-N-phenylmercapto-carbamates of the formula ##STR1## in which Ar is benzo-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl and PA1 R is phenyl or phenyl substituted by at least one of halogen, nitro, alkyl and trifluoromethyl, Which possess insecticidal, fungicidal and bactericidal properties.
