Abstract
Moulding compositions comprising PA1 60 - 90% by weight of at least one thermoplastic and/or thermosetting polymer, PA1 5 - 30% by weight of carbon fibres and PA1 5 - 30% by weight of potassium titanate whiskers EQU (K.sub.2 Ti.sub.6 O.sub.13) result in plastics with extraordinary mechanical properties. Said properties are essentially better than those obtained with equivalent quantities of the individual fibre components on their own.
