Abstract
Ambient drying traffic paint compositions and methods for their application are disclosed comprising a resin binder and pigment(s) in a three-component or four-component solvent system, in parts by weight of: PA2 Solvent boiling point: 190-141.degree. F.; 5-11 PA2 solvent boiling point: 140-106.degree. F.; 12-17 PA2 solvent boiling point: 105-90.degree. F.; 2-28 PA2 solvent boiling point greater than 225.degree. F; 0-12 The disclosed compositions are applied at ambient temperatures without the use of external heating means and a relatively fast dry time of about 20 to 60 seconds is obtained.
