Abstract
In one embodiment, the present invention relates to novel heterocyclic compounds as represented in the following formula ##STR1## wherein R and R' each are hydrogen or alkyl, Y is .dbd.O or .dbd.NH and n is a positive integer from 1 to 7. In another embodiment, the present invention is directed to the use of the above-denoted class of heterocyclic compounds as photographic silver halide developing agents and to photographic processes, products and compositions employing the same.
